Compact FT-IR Spectrometer ALPHA II
ALPHA II is a compact Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer for attenuated total reflection (ATR) and non-contact reflection analysis in the mid-infrared (MID-IR). The instrument is portable and optimised for the non-invasive analysis and characterisation of biological samples performed directly in situ.
- Spectral range: 375-8000 cm-1.
- Spectral resolution: better than 2 cm-1.
- 3 different modules: ATR, reflection, transmission.
- Diode laser, high wavenumber accuracy and precision.
- RockSolid interferometer: gold mirrors, high throughput, permanent alignment, long lifetime.
- ZnSe ATR-measurement interface, for solids and liquids and applicable in the pH range from pH 4 to pH 8.
- Working distance for reflection geometry: >20 mm.
- Integrated camera for video-assisted measurements.
