Bio-nanomaterials Analysis

Perform detailed mapping of molecular clusters and bio-nanomaterials using IR nanoscopy. Explore the structure and chemistry of bio-nanomaterials for innovative therapeutic applications.
Bimolecular nano-assembly and bio-nanomaterial interfaces are investigated with the instrument scattering-type scanning near-field optical microscope by Attocube. Single wavelength imaging as well as hyperspectral mapping at the nanoscale are possible, providing an unprecedent preceptive on the system’s biochemistry.

📍The bio-nanomaterials analysis services can also leverage the unparalleled power of synchrotron light as they are provided by SISSI Beamline at Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste in Area Science Park.
