After earning my Master’s degree in Medical Biotechnology, I dedicated myself to biomedical research and completed a Ph.D. at IRCSS Burlo Garofolo Hospital and the University of Trieste. I subsequently broadened my expertise in drafting and managing research projects on both national and international levels, focusing particularly on Horizon programs.
Driven by my ability to manage complex projects and my passion for contributing to the scientific community, I pursued a Master’s degree in ‘Quality Management of European Healthcare Systems’. I further honed my project management skills through a specialized course, which provided me with the methodological rigor to plan, monitor, and control projects effectively. I have also recently completed a second Master’s degree in ‘Management of Research, Innovation, and Technology’, which allowed me to integrate technological and innovative skills into Research & Development management.
My enduring passion for research has led me to actively participate in the ‘Italian Global Burden of Disease Initiative’, where I contribute to the work of two thematic groups: ‘Tumours’ and ‘Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Resistance’. I am committed to advancing knowledge daily, with the aim of contributing to impactful global research and innovation projects.
