If requested, and always in compliance with PRP@CERIC Partners’ regulations and functions, the IP&M Helpdesk may also provide support for the management of specific intellectual property (IP) matters, such as:

  • Preliminary freedom-to-operate checks;
  • IP audits;
  • Review of IP management agreements, including licensing contracts and non-disclosure agreements;
  • IP pre-diagnosis assessments.

The IP&M Helpdesk can offer valuable insights and strategic guidance to ensure that intellectual property assets are properly managed and valorised.
