Crystal Imagers

ROCK IMAGER 360 (RI360)
Two automated imaging systems specifically designed for protein crystallization experiments are available to users. These integrated systems consist of two separate Crystal Imaging devices (FORMULATRIX RI360) for storage and imaging of up to 364 crystallization microplates of the different formats on the market, including SBS, Linbro, and thin-glass cubic lid phase (LCP) plates. Each device will incubate at constant temperature (4° and 20°C) and automatically captures high-quality images using two independent optic paths (Visible and UV/MFI)

📍The system is located at Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste laboratories in Area Science Park.
