Trieste Welcomes a Protein Science Meeting

The 2023 edition of annual meeting of the Protein Production and Purification Partnership in Europe (P4EU) was held for the first time in Italy. Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste organized the event in Trieste, in collaboration with ICGEB and under the patronage of Area Science Park. The theme was cutting-edge technologies for protein production.
Attendees delved into innovative biophysical methods, explored the latest advancements in the fields, and engaged with top-tier presentations on cryo-EM and non-conventional expression systems. The event also featured facility introductions, a vibrant social dinner, and inclusivity through remote participation options. The meeting proved to be a dynamic platform for sharing crucial insights, fostering collaboration, and exploring the forefront of structural biology.
