Spark® Multimode Microplate Reader
The Spark multimode microplate reader is a highly versatile instrument designed for life science research and drug discovery, capable of operating in high-throughput mode using 1-1536 well plates, cuvettes, Tecan Nanoquant plate (2 µl volume). The system includes advanced features like automation for environmental control and intuitive operation through the SparkControl interface.
Key innovations include the NanoQuant Plate™ for calibration-free low-volume sample analysis and Fusion Optics for enhanced fluorescence sensitivity. The Spark reader supports fluorescence anisotropy measurements for the quantitative study of intermolecular interactions.
