The instrumentation is employed for targeted analysis, and it is a triple quadrupole LCMS-8050 interfaced with a UHPLC system Nexera (Shimadzu, Kyoto, Japan).
The instrument is capable of femtomole sensitivity and different scan modes such as SIM, MRM, PIL.
