The Department of Pharmacy (DIFARMA) and the Department of Information and Electrical engineering and Applied Mathematics (DIEM) are the University of Salerno’s (UniSA) research structures involved in PRP@CERIC project.

DIFARMA promotes and carries out basic and applied research in all disciplines aimed at discovering and developing new drugs, innovative therapeutic and diagnostic strategies for numerous pathologies, with advanced approaches such as multi-omics.

DIEM has a strong multidisciplinary characterization, where experiences and skills in basic, methodological and application sectors converge in engineering contexts oriented towards analysis, modelling, design simulation, realization and optimization of complex components and systems, aimed at applications in the fields of information and knowledge technologies. DIEM’s thirty years’ experience in the AI field will effectively contribute to PRP@CERIC’s success.
