timsTOF Pro
The instrumentation is employed for untargeted analysis and it is a hybrid quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometer TimsTOF Pro (Bruker Daltonics) interfaced by a front-end UHPLC system Ultimate 3000.
The instrument is capable of ultra-high resolution and incorporates trapped ion mobility technology (TIMS). Routinary mass accuracy with online calibration is < 3 ppm. Polarity switching is available. The instrument is capable of different scan modes, Full Scan, DDA-PASEF, DIA-PASEF, MRM, PRM-PASEF. Data are analysed with Metaboscape 2023 software (Bruker).
